Counselog

Counselog is the name of a simple but comprehensive counselling and psychotherapy logging tool. It is designed and sold by P4RTNERS, an 'IT cottage industry' located in Somerset, England.

Peter, P4RTNERS' owner, has thirty-seven years' experience of IT and computer science and has created many database applications, covering the commercial, engineering and other fields. He is a member of the British Computer Society and a Microsoft Regfisterd Partner. He enjoys being creative and helping others to be effective in their work. His wife is a counsellor, counselling supervisor and counselling accreditor. Between them, they have a wide understanding of the theory, practice and management of counselling.

Counselog was first made available in June of 2004 and had sold, by September 2007, over 200 copies in the UK and some abroad. This website aims to make Counselog available more widely so that it can not only be used by Counsellors and other Therapists but also find new applications where the logging of professional activities is required by law or professional bodies.

P4RTNERS actively encourages, and listens to, suggestions and ideas for further improving the Counselog product. Many features of the present release of Counselog originated with its Users.
