• detailed session and supervision records can be recorded in MS Word (besides being logged)
• information is kept secure and confidential
• supervision and training (given or taken) can be recorded
• statistics of counselling activities can be generated
• any on-line documents can be associated with People or their sessions
• information is easily found and arranged in helpful ways
• logs and records for accreditation and other purposes can be generated
• email or text team status reports can be produced
• several User's information can be stored separately on the same PC/laptop
