Counselog

You can specify two computers, PC or laptop, on which you will run Counselog. To identify these to P4RTNERS, please carry out the procedure below. In this procedure, the conventions is that black text is what you have to do and green how the computer will respond.

Click on 'Start' on the first computer where you want to use Counselog.
         a dialog with two columns named after your Windows log-in name appears.
In the right-hand column, click on 'Run...'.
         a small dialog box entitled 'Run' appears.
In the box, type cmd /k "vol c:" (include the spaces and quote marks).
click 'OK'
         a black window appears entitled 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe':

 
From this window, note down the last four numbers and/or letters on the second line (in this example '7F2D'): These are the ones P4RTNERS needs to know, copy them into the on-line order form.
