Support for Counselog

General
Support for Counselog is primarily via email but also by telephone as necessary. This support comes free for the first year after initial purchase. It can then be renewed for one or more years and for one or more Users within an organisation. The cost of support is heavily discounted for multiple years and multiple Users. Details of the cost vary with time but they are available on request. Details of support renewal will appear in the Sales section of the website soon.

Support times
We now have upward of 200 users of Counselog, and climbing! We do not usually get a lot of requests for help or support but at times (like new releases) it does build up...
Therefore, We ask that a request for support is initially done by contacting Counselog support . Phone contact may follow unless the query is very simple and straightforward to answer and does not need dialogue. When phoning , please do this on any weekday except Wednesday and to the hours of 9am to 12noon and 2pm to 5pm UK time. Exceptions to these timings may be made by prior arrangement.
