As of March 2007, it is possible to download Counselog to try out for 30 days. So by the time the product is purchased, you should be satisfied that it will fulfil your needs.

However, after buying the product, you have 14 days from date of purchase in which to reject it. Simply notify us and we will refund your purchase price via cheque or PayPal with no quibble.

It is unlikely though... In the first two and a half years of its availability, only 25% of people enquiring about Counselog have not yet gone on to purchase it and, of those who did, less than 4% subsequently notified us that it was not for them!
